Party Jay is a party supplies and balloon styling brand working across birthdays, events and celebrations. As demand increased, the existing website no longer supported how customers browsed, compared options or placed enquiries, leading to more manual handling through messages and social platforms. We redesigned the website and ordering experience to make it easier for customers to explore styles, understand what’s available and submit accurate event details, while shaping a social presence that strengthens awareness and repeat engagement.
