Pear Australia provides telecommunications solutions for business environments, including internet, mobility and phone systems. The website needed to introduce the brand with a strong sense of capability, present service areas with purpose and create an experience that feels modern, composed and aligned with a technology-led organisation. Our work focused on building a digital presence that communicates offering, positioning and intent with confidence.

Roles
  • Define the structure and direction of the new website
  • Shape how services are presented and communicated
  • Design an experience supported by motion and interaction
  • Create pathways that lead users toward enquiry and conversation

01

Using motion as a functional part of the experience

Motion and interaction were designed to guide orientation and support movement through the site. Transitions introduce sections, connect page states and create a sense of continuity without distraction. The result is an experience that feels intentional, refined and easy to navigate while still expressing a distinct digital character.

02

Structuring service information for clarity and interpretation

Telecommunications services can be difficult to interpret when presented as technical categories. The site structure was shaped to help visitors understand what each service does, where it applies and how it fits within a business context. Language remains straightforward and practical, allowing users to make sense of offerings without unnecessary terminology.

Enabling simple and direct enquiry pathways

Service pages lead naturally into points of contact so visitors can initiate conversations when they are ready. Enquiry routes are positioned where they are most relevant to user intent, allowing interest to progress into engagement without confusion or unnecessary steps.
